Our editorial standards.
We aim to make product and style information clearer, more specific and easier to check.
Research and evidence
- We check current manufacturer information and authorized partner listings, recording the exact product or variant, market and date reviewed.
- We distinguish product specifications and manufacturer claims from independent research and from hands-on observations.
- We do not infer ingredient concentration, skin suitability, garment fit, safety or health outcomes when the available evidence does not establish them.
- Recommendations explain their criteria and trade-offs. Affiliate relationships do not determine editorial selection.
Testing and reviews
We label the evidence behind product coverage. A specification-based explainer is not a hands-on review. We describe direct testing only when the editor documents the exact item or variant, method, date and observations. Generated editorial images do not represent product tests or real product appearance.
We conduct hands-on testing for each product. If the product is not available, we use only manufacturing and product specifications to write our reviews.
This publisher statement does not mean every product mentioned on this site has been tested. Each article states which evidence applies.
Health, beauty and fit claims
Ingredient, safety, skin-condition, before-and-after, sleep and fitness claims require appropriate sources and qualified review before publication. We do not infer suitability or outcomes from an ingredient’s presence or a manufacturer’s marketing phrase alone. Apparel fit, measurements and model context appear only where reliable product information supports them.
Review and publication
Writers may create and edit drafts. The Editor-in-Chief approves and publishes public editorial material. Author credentials are stated only after verification.
Article structure
Every article follows the publisher’s standard: at least 1,400 words, a distinct Conclusion or Final Note, and a separate FAQ section with at least four relevant questions and answers. Each article also has one featured image and at least three body images.
Corrections and updates
We show reviewed/updated dates only after a meaningful check, and record source and product-check details internally. Send correction requests through the contact page.
